Our work
Strengthening Mandates
We provide free, ongoing support to help city councilwomen and state deputies overcome the daily challenges of parliamentary work. We strengthen their autonomy, enabling them not only to excel during their terms but also to rise to higher political leadership.
Knowledge
We advance discussions on public policies through the Legislative Branch, drawing on the expertise and diverse knowledge within our Network of Experts. Our original methodologies and research reports propose new approaches to building a democratic system that is sensitive to gender and racial inequalities and less hostile to the presence of diverse women.
Climate
and Care
We empower women parliamentarians as climate leaders connected to the care agenda in their territories. We believe in a network of subnational-level parliamentarians as key actors in the development of public policies that integrate the redistribution of care work, socio-environmental justice, and climate resilience.
